AboitizLand made waves at this year’s The Outlook Awards: Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards by taking home the grand prize for Best House in VisMin. The property developer was also nominated for the categories Best Developer in Luzon, Best Developer in VisMin and Best Premium House for Seafront Residences, its beachside community in San Juan, Batangas.

An unlikely bunch kept them company amid the impressive steel and concrete structures. You would have to pay close attention to notice them because despite being frequent visitors, these winged creatures were often overlooked. The visitors weren’t angels — they were birds.
