Pilmico and Aboitiz Foundation have turned over a PHP9-million modern livestock training facility that aims to help boost agricultural research in the Northern Mindanao.
The CMU Agri Hub is located at the Central Mindanao University campus in Maramag, Bukidnon and houses Hub houses four research and development centers that are fully equipped with the latest tools and technologies on swine genetics, animal nutrition, artificial insemination, and farm management.
Pilmico AVP for Feeds Jefferson Abian, Aboitiz Foundation Chief Operating Officer Maribeth Marasigan, CMU President Jesus Derije, and Department of Agriculture (DA) Region X Director III Carla Bajarla led the turnover ceremony held at the Central Mindanao University grounds.

Through CMU Agri Hub, agriculture and veterinary medicine students of Central Mindanao University gain access to a state-of-the-art research and training complex inside their campus that, ultimately, will serve to elevate livestock raising and management in the region.
