AboitizLand will soon be launching its first residential community in Luzon, the Seafront Residences, a second home by the beach in San Juan, Batangas. This will offer more than 800 homes priced at P6.5 million to P9 million each to cater the high-end market.
The Outlets at Lipa
Bringing a world-class shopping destination in Luzon, AboitizLand recently broke ground for The Outlets at Lipa, a 9.3-hectare shopping destination at the heart of the Calabarzon. It will feature popular international and local brands in an outdoor setting with all-year round sales and discounts.
While the company is confident on becoming a stronger player in the national scene, AboitizLand maintains its foothold in Cebu as it is set to develop two innovative projects in the province this year. One of which is Foressa, a 300-hectare mountain town development located in Balamban, Cebu. Another project to cater the high-end market, Foressa offers the most luxurious amenity of all — nature.
A legacy project of AboitizLand in Cebu, Lekeitio is a 400-hectare mixed-use township project that banners Filipino New Urbanism. Lekeitio will feature residential, shopping and entertainment, school and office, transportation, community spaces, and other signature elements by AboitizLand.
