AboitizLand made waves at this year’s The Outlook Awards: Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards by taking home the grand prize for Best House in VisMin. The property developer was also nominated for the categories Best Developer in Luzon, Best Developer in VisMin, and Best Premium House for Seafront Residences, its beachside community in San Juan, Batangas.

 

 

Amoa bested five other developments in the Visayas and Mindanao for the Best House award.  The 60-hectare property in Compostela, Cebu boasts of a masterplan set on a rolling terrain offering views of the sea and the mountain, featuring abundant amenities and more than ample wide, open spaces for its residents to enjoy. The house designs are inspired by modern Filipino architecture, taking cues from the iconic bahay na bato.

The awards ceremony was held on November 14, 2019 at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel. AboitizLand FVP Rafael de Mesa, President and CEO David Rafael, Assistant Vice President of Sales Joey Zamora, and Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Branding Farrah Nina Mayol were on hand to accept the honor.
